Location evaluations and placement
Submitting information or scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that a location will qualify or that Cardam will install equipment. Any placement is subject to site inspection, traffic and security review, electrical and access requirements, product suitability, commercial terms, equipment availability and a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.
Estimates and results
Traffic, sales, commission, revenue and performance figures discussed during an evaluation are estimates only. Actual results vary by location, demand, product mix, pricing, seasonality, hours, competition and other factors. Cardam does not guarantee income, sales volume or savings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens its systems, or infringe the rights of Cardam or others.
Intellectual property
